Cancellation Policy
We understand if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. The confirmation of appointment will be texted or emailed to you requesting reconfirmation 48 hours before your appointment. If we have not received your re-confirmation 24 hours before your appointment, a follow up phone call will be made. A cancellation on the same day as your appointment and no shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A 50% deposit is required for all packages and group bookings.
