Cancellation Policy

We understand if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. The confirmation of appointment will be texted or emailed to you requesting reconfirmation 48 hours before your appointment. If we have not received your re-confirmation 24 hours before your appointment, a follow up phone call will be made. A cancellation on the same day as your appointment and no shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A 50% deposit is required for all packages and group bookings. We appreciated your cooperation in advance for your kind respect and complying with our Booking Policy. Guests Privacy Once entering the reception and treatment area, we request that mobile phones be switched to silent. Conversations should be made at minimal to maintain the peaceful atmosphere and the enjoyment of yourself and those guests around you. Pricing Policy We are committed to providing high-quality treatments at fair and transparent prices. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured. Promotional offers, discounts, and gift vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Additional time or services requested during your appointment may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed with you before proceeding. Payment is required at the completion of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods displayed at our venue. While we strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors.
